Most US newspapers are available online – look at the Sunday classifieds for your desired city. The New York Times and Washington Post often list highly qualified or academic jobs. Universities have job opening. Large corporations will also list jobs on their webpage.
If you are highly skilled, try a private recruiting agency (headhunters). More reputable firms don’t require a fee from job applicants.
Find a career fair sponsored by specific job sectors. Or just send a resume and cover letter to your dream employer.
