11. Pasta

Whether it’s leftover or restaurant fare, pasta is a tasty lunch. Except…. The white flour noodles are easily transformed into sugar and your body stores all those sugars as fat.
Add to the noodles a heavy sauce filled with fatty cheese or cream and/or a fatty meat and your pasta meal will be with you for a long time. Unfortunately, it will be as fat and clogged arteries.
However, you’ll have a nice after-lunch nap!
