4. Embassies and Consulates
If you have questions, the Canadian embassy in Mexico City can answer them and help guide you through the process. The embassy maintains consulates in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon and Guadalajara, Jalisco. There are consular agencies in Acapulco, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, Mazatlán, Playa del Carmen, Puerto Vallarta and Tijuana.
There are private companies that will help you look for employment and file for work permits and immigration paperwork. These come with a cost and may not be reputable.
