10. Salad
So, you want to go healthy and eat salad for lunch. Great! Except in a couple hours you’ll be ravenous. Iceberg lettuce doesn’t contain many nutrients except water and a bit of fiber.
Top it with high fat and high calorie dressings and you have a meal guaranteed to add on pounds and encourage you to snack.
If you eat salad, add a reasonable number of nuts or avocados and some quality protein (not fried!). Sprinkle on low-fat vinegar dressing and enjoy.
